When deck mounting a float model, you will want about 1 ft. of the heat transfer hose extension in the water to disburse compressor heat before it reaches the more delicate air hose. This heat transfer hose comes in 5 ft. and 10 ft. lengths, but custom lengths can be ordered from The Air Line by J Sink by telephone.
